The teenage years can – is a difficult stage of your life, accepting your self and been fat – with diabetics fat is a major hurdle to overcome. You are eider to fat or to skinny, to short or too tall with pimples, freckles, your voice are changing and hormones are raging

Thank goodness for the DIABETICS EXERCISE PLAN, If you need to overcome an issue,  exercise can be a god send. For 16 years old boy to win the charms of girls is not easy because you have to compete with every other male up to 28 year old and Brad’s Butt. Exercise will add bulk to your body. It is not advisable to start doing weight training in your early teens, before 16 years it better to concentrate on your cardio foundation and diet program.   1. What you put in your mouth. This is the most important (Nutrition) factor when it comes to healthy living.

Building your body and increasing your stamina – requires black or white thinking and setting goals. Doing one or three reps, does it matter? – It matters a lot!

    • Be consistent. Do your routine as planned. The key is to be regular times
    • If on routine is missed don’t try and do double program is one sitting. Over doing is one way of burning yourself out.
    • Change your routine every 6 weeks to avoid boredom
    • When you start off heavier is not better, rather concentrate on the technique of the routine. Also by going heavy the changes of hurting yourself increase, which will put you off the program any way.
    • Eat every 2 to 3 hours ( 6 carbohydrates and 6 proteins per day)
    • Get plenty of sleep. Your body gets bigger while you are resting not while you do exercises.
    • Avoid alcohol

Don’t take any supplements in your teen years.

In the early stages of your active life, your body is still a “virgin state”.  This virgin state  is more powerful than what any supplement can provide you with, besides none of the major nutrition suppliers has done any re-surge on the effects of the products on teenagers.

The best is to concentrate on you diet and diabetic exercise plan.
